Positive Pay will undergo maintenance on Tuesday, April 21, 2026, between 3:00-4:30 p.m. MT. During this time, Positive Pay may be temporarily unavailable. We apologize for any inconvenience. Important: The exception decision deadline of 1:00 p.m. MT will not be affected.

ACH Authorization Rules Updates: The “Description” field has been renamed to “Rule Name”. Additionally, a new “Transaction Description” field is available. If used, transactions must contain an exact word match, or they may be flagged as exceptions. To avoid unintended exceptions, we recommend leaving this field blank unless precise matching is required.

Expanded Access for ACH Rules: Admins only will have the ability to add, edit, and delete ACH Authorization Rules. Admins can grant this access to other users within their company. For additional details, please refer to the Help menu (question mark icon) located on the User Setup (Client) page.

There may be a rule with the SEC Code set to All- All Standard Entry Class Codes and a dollar amount of $.01 or $99,999,999.99 displayed. This is your global rule and should not be deleted or modified. We recommend reaching out to Treasury Support if you need assistance making updates to rules for the first time.
